Archeage

Archeage is one of the first sandbox games that made it to be a mmo. It was made in Korea by XL Games unless you play Korean games you wont know about this one. Archeage came to the states last year mid summer and so far it was great ill tell you about some of its features.


You are able to build your own house on your own land...... IF you can find any available. Owning a house and land to grow your resources is one of the main ways to get coin in this game..
You can get a little hut in the forest to a beach side house on an island. Also owning a house is only available to people who buy the subscription. You can still quest or find mats in the wild but all I can say is good luck.




This is another feature you can build your own boat "going back to you owning a house" which takes time but when you do you or your buds can sail on the high seas or fight in massive pvp sea battles between guilds.



Once you get to lv 10 you get a glider which you can use well to glide from places but be careful there is a limit to how long you can glide 2mins max. Also your glider does have attack abilities not may but few one is a bombing run and the other is arrow shot that shoots arrows in front of you to damage another glider.


Recently say a few months ago they opened up a new area and in this zone guilds can build castles to protect their houses and their claim. Guilds will duke it out with other guilds for control of a zone with their custom build castles while the other guild will have to construct siege engines to destroy the castle. Its a good feature but if the guild your in is small you wont last in that area for long because if you don't have a house or land you or your guild will have to transport the resources from the mainland by boat evade other guilds and build the castle.






All in all it is a good game if you can find land to get started if you can deal with the use base sponsor company Trion.
